We welcome your spouse or personal guest to come with you to a RetailConnections event and partake in all the incredible amenities. Amenities often include golf courses, spas and fitness centers, tennis facilities, swimming pool, supervised children's program and an array of additional recreational activities. Hotel fees may apply.

In the case of an emergency while attending the Summit, please provide contact information for someone who will not be onsite.
Resort Accommodations
In order to make the most of your RetailConnections event experience, all event attendees (including Sponsors, Analysts, Media Representatives, etc.) are expected to stay at the designated resort, unless you live locally and prefer not to stay at the resort. Your presence at all event functions and networking during "down-time" is necessary for a successful event -- and staying on-site will enable ALL attendees to make the most of these opportunities.
During high seasons in resort areas, we secure some rooms for extended stay -- these are very limited. If you are interested in arranging for an extended stay (coming early or staying late), please indicate your anticipated arrival and departure dates and, after you've completed your registration, please email us or call 914-620-5947 as soon as possible in order to ensure the greatest chance of our being able to secure requested extended stay or special reservations as desired.
Most accommodations have a King and Queen-sized Beds. If you prefer a single room with one King or a double with two Queens, please indicate below and we will make every effort to see that you get it.

The Fairmont has graciously agreed to provide free in-room Internet access for all our Summit attendees, a value-add normally reserved for only its President's Club members. Retail-Vendor Off-the-Record Meetings
There will be Retail-Vendor Off-the-Record at the event from 3:00-5:00 p.m. We strongly urge all attendees, especially retailers, to attend these very special sessions. This is an opportunity for retailers and vendors to share opinions, air issues and discuss challenges and opportunities in a private setting with an objective knowledgeable moderator facilitating the conversation. These are very popular and we have taken strides to ensure that these discussion groups are content-rich and well organized. Please make every effort to attend.

Golf
Many resorts for our events feature world-class golf courses. RetailConnections reserves time blocks for your convenience and can assist in dividing up the players based on skill or personal preference.
